Pankaj Sadanand Patil
Pankaj Sadanand Patil, a BE Electronics graduate from Mumbai University, has dedicated over 15 years to leading Kshitij Foundation's rural development initiatives. With a strong commitment to education and youth empowerment, he has established 5 digital classrooms, distributed 500 school kits, and conducted 50+ training programs for rural youth.
Through collaborations with social workers, consultants and teachers, he has expanded the foundation's reach — directly impacting more than 50,000 beneficiaries across rural Maharashtra. His vision drives sustainable community transformation, one child at a time.
Kshitij Foundation works hand-in-hand with a dedicated network of social workers, consultants, local teachers and community volunteers who help deliver our programs on the ground across Palghar, Jawhar, Mokhada, Wada, Thane and Bhiwandi.
